Essential Skills & Experience
5+ years’ experience as a UX Designer, ideally within the financial services or banking sector.
Experience designing credit or lending products, or other regulated financial tools.
Deep understanding of internal systems UX, desktop platforms, or environments like Nova.
Demonstrable experience with Salesforce, CRM UX, or other enterprise-grade platforms.
Advanced capabilities in both UX and UI, with strong prototyping, interaction design, and visual design skills.
Proven ability to manage cross-platform design delivery with a consistent user experience.
Experienced in Agile delivery environments; able to adapt to fast-paced, iterative workflows.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Expertise with design systems and scalable methodologies.
Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and compliance standards in financial UX design.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX design efforts for internal systems, credit product platforms, and CRM tools.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user problems and co-create design solutions.
Translate complex user needs into intuitive and accessible designs for desktop and web-based systems.
Work closely with Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, ceremonies, and iterative delivery.
Deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools such as Figma or Sketch.
Maintain and contribute to the evolution of the organization’s design system and uphold design methodology standards.
Conduct user research and usability testing, synthesizing insights into actionable design improvements.
Ensure consistent cross-platform experiences and seamless integration across Salesforce, internal portals, and external-facing tools.
Present concepts and final solutions clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
